    1. Thing idiot diets aur exercise se kabhi aap ka Fat loss nae hoga😂… Mein khud Nutrition follow karta hoon aur daily excercise karta hoon. Agar diet karte ho! Tho bhai aap ke andar itni deficiency hogi aap normal low wieight bhi nae maar paoge. Aap carbs zayda lena padega! For inki diet pe tho kabi excercise nae karpaoge. Meine lowcarb diet ki thi aur mein weight training nae kar para tha. Weakness itni ho gae thi ki excercise ke baad mera Blood pressure kam hogaya tha. Aur mein Almost Faint hogaya tha. Dont follow them blindly. Watch WeRStupid akshay chopra. Channel… Believe me aap bina exercise ke bhi weight loss karsakte ho but wo sirf aap ki body ka water hoga.. Fat nae!
