    Loved this! enjoying my enthusiasm getting back into this after injury. I see new things in R4 that I did not see the first 3 rounds. I have decided that my goal for this time around is paying attention to my back/shoulder muscles that are in play every time my arms are up. Not just throwing my arms up in the air. "Elbows by my ears". Thank you! Peace and serenity in your day πŸ™‚

    I so enjoy this workout! It feels a little like day 14 but I loved every minute of this one! I deserve to enjoy moving my body and watching it move in the window. Thanks again, Pahla.

    Wow again, Pahlavi the mind reader. I was pretty sore all over from day 14. This workout loosened all my tightness! I am actually getting drinky birds on my weaker left leg! I did an actual plank for the finisher and loved it. You rock Pahla!

    Pahla, I have to say thank you! I'm 51 years old and have been fairly active via internet workout programs for years. I'm a little overweight and have been having trouble losing it. The day I found your program was a Godsend!! I was doing another workout program and it just got to the point where it EXHAUSTED me! The trainer is great but in her 30's. I had trouble keeping up with a smile on my face! Lol! After doing your Weight Loss Workout Challenge for 15 days now, I notice a tightness in flabby areas! I feel like I've done something, but it's not overwhelmingly hard! AND I get to laugh through it! Thank you for your smile and your down to earth attitude! LOVE it!!

    so dear Pahla i am back from my hard week and free weekend and I enjoyed the numer 15 wery much (i did number 14 during the weekend in the hotel). I think I will do it more times and I feel good. I am loocking foward tomorrow. thank you so much

    The exercise near the end, the close squat swings, are sort of like a standing Russian Twist. Another day, another day of feeling good.

    Day 15 done. Off today so decided to workout early. Loved the fast oaced workout Pahla. Thought Day 14 was fun today was even better. These Cardio workouts are so much fun and really like the no repeats. On to Day 16. Have a great weekend everybody.😁😁❀❀
