    R4 done. Boy sometimes lunges bother me and sometimes they donโ€™t. First time through yes but 2nd time no . Think the 2nd time I was concentrating more on them. Still held on to a chair which I know now is perfectly fine. Thanks Pahla for all the information and your encouragement!!

    Second time for me on this workout but my q 1st mini challenge. Really love the balance and thought that there is each day.
    My mother has just started your workouts. She's 80 and an inspiration!

    I really debated doing this workout or going for a walk. The last 3 day have left me sore in a good way but sore nonetheless. I saw the weights in the beginning and thought no way can I lift anything today but saw the cardio and gave it a shot. I loosened up my tight muscles and did it! Off to shower and relax.

    Day 5 done and done! I love the pace of these workouts, I feel I'm not putting my body under stress. Other workouts this year just left me exhausted and wondering why aren't I feeling energised?? I now know why. I'm 48 and this is my new way of working out. Its Day 5 and I popped on the scales this morning thinking maybe I was being premature….I've lost 2 pounds ๐Ÿฅณ onwards and upwards Pahla! See u tmrw! ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

    I just fiished Day 5 and not only do I love the exercises, I love your information. My 20 minutes goes so quick. Loving every minute of these weight loss program.

    MOnth 10, Day 5. Twinges here and there in my back meant modifying more. Then, when I heard that tomorrow was standing ABS, I decided to do a very long cool down instead.

    Well today on the reverse lunges 1st time through I did the back kicks and 2nd time did the lunges holding onto a chair. That worked for me and didnโ€™t feel โ€œguiltyโ€ about using the chair. You have helped me so much with learning about moderation and doing my best along with the fact as long as Iโ€™m moving Iโ€™m doing a great job!! See you tomorrow for day 6.

    My lower back hurts (twinges) doing the squatting exercises, etc. What am I doing wrong? Trying to hold my core in is a challenge (itโ€™s a new thing), but I do try. Iโ€™ve just recently found my glutes again, so thereโ€™s that, too. Whatโ€™s best for being sure I donโ€™t hurt my back?

    I think this is going to be helpful! I used to run consistently, but switched to a job where I'm on my feet all day and then moved to a different part of my city where the sidewalks are not cleared well in the winter, so I've been doing a lot of stopping and starting for the last few years. I've been trying video workouts for the last couple of months. It's been fun, but very challenging learning to use different parts of my body that I've been ignoring with running, but just as you said, my body is at a stage now where it takes longer to recover and I've been frustrated because I end up having to skip a lot of days. This series seems very manageable to start working on consistency while having "less is more" drilled into my head – something that doesn't come naturally to me at all.

    For me, working out every day is giving me too much soreness, so I do it every second day.

    Six months ago I did day 5 for the 2nd time at 3 pounds. Today was my first time doing it since then and I could do it at 4 pounds. Made me pretty proud that even though I hadn't done this workout in so long, since I've been doing something every day, I was still able to progress whenI tried it again. Gotta take the little wins when you can get 'em. Thanks, Pahla.
