    Day 4 finished. I am 65. I did have to pause at 14 mins, took water break, maybe 1 min, but I continue and finished it all. The last exercise, hands going up, about every 6 punch, I kept them down, then lifted them up again. Still good. Will text again tomorrow Day 5.

    Whelp, neither hub no I could do the finisher without either getting rid of the weights or lowering them or stopping in general! That's so tough! Something to keep trying, though ๐Ÿ™‚

    What's considered to light a weight? I have 1,2,3, and 5 pound weights. I don't want to lift to little or to much. You may have addressed this and I missed it, if so I apologize in advance. So, how do I know the right weight for me; like how hard should it feel so I know I have the right weight? I've never walked while using weights.

    Pahla – doing this one again, as I told you. Today I did 3 pound weights the whole time! Improvement!! Love to feel stronger ๐Ÿ˜€ Thanks again for the great videos ๐Ÿ™‚

    I'm only 46, but will admit the last year of doing HIIT and intense training was getting more and more hard to recover from. I stumbled across this, and am truly trying to learn the meaning of moderatation. So far my joints are thanking you profusely.

    Oh Iโ€™m loving these workouts! Iโ€™ve needed to start working out but I hate feeling like Iโ€™m drowning for air and hurting more than feeling good. These videos let me advance at my own pace and I can feel good doing them, which means I will do them again tomorrow. Yay!

    Thank you so much Pahla. I am about 59 years old. I enjoy the "sport" with you very much because I do not get in stress and this ist the first sport, where I do not get a higher bloodsugar after. So I know that I lose fat. so tomorow I will do number 5

    Had to stop with 7 mins to go , 46 degress here again in Malta , off for a cold shower then will carry on , phew !

    I decided to start the 31 day challenge again after completing it and then doing other Pahla B videos. I thought this wouldn't be tough. Now, I had conquered the challenge once, surely I could do it again. Yikes! OMG! A challenge. I do think that I used heavier weights this time until the finisher when I had to put them down 1/2 way through. That does mean that there has been progress. Hooray.

    I am 6 months post back surgery. This is my second time around doing this 31 day challenge and I am loving it again and amazed at my own progress. The first time around I didn't use weights so I am especially having a good time. P.S. I am 64 years young and Pahla is helping me feel great! Love your workouts…so happy to have found you! Muah!
