    Iโ€™m a couple decades younger than 50, but I found Pahla B through the running videos and stayed for her personality. If younger than 50, is moderate exercise enough to keep weight down or should it be more vigorous? I have to admit Iโ€™ve been very discouraged with most of my age targeted workouts as it seems people are punishing their bodies and I canโ€™t commit like that

    Just finished Day 1 Dec 1 2020 ready to do this everyday! Thanks for your videos. I'm up 35 lbs . Hashimoto's autoimmune disease has me gaining weight and need to up my metabolism and help my body burn some calories and jump start my thyroid. Thanks cant wait to tomorrow even though I work 12 hrs I will get it in.

    Been exercising with ponytail Pahla for years but decided to do this complete diet exercise plan for 31 days. I am nervous because I am used to pushing as hard as possible all of the time but I am going to follow it to a tee and see what I learn. Thank you!

    I already do the 5 mile (4min run 1 min walk) everyday. I am getting about 4 and half miles. Looking for something to add to it. Feeling stuck at my current weight loss. Wondering how this would be. I am 40 and have lost 90 pounds so far. Need to loose about 40 more.

    Just found your channel Iโ€™m 38 and over 100 pounds I have arthritis in both knees sometimes walking is hard but I need to lose weight Iโ€™m going to start with this tomorrow I can do this and itโ€™s not so harsh thank you so much โค๏ธ

    Hi. I am 65. I am not consistent in exercising. I want to lose weight but I am not too motivated to continue exercising. Yesterday I did Day 1. I didn't think it was too strenuous but I did it and finished it. I want to try all 31 days routine. Will text on Day 2 routine. You have a happy personality which shows your passion for your exercises and teaching.

    Great videos Pahla! How do you calculate your daily calories for weightloss? Please clarify. Do you use the maintenance calorie total or the weightloss calorie total after using the 5 different calorie calculators? Warm regards ๐Ÿ’•

    I love your 25 min full body workout…
    Am just 38 but when i try any high intensity workouts i always end up hurting myself somewhere..
    Your 25 min full body workout is easy on the body and yet makes you sweat…
    Gonna start the challenge from tomorrow and hopefully come back here after 30 day with some weight loss๐Ÿค—

    Ms Pahla- I have received all my equipment . Am I doing the weight loss program 30 day challenge or am I doing body sculpting or are we alternating.? I am confused. Is it one or the other? Please advise. Blessings.

    Finished the 31 Day program, now starting again. Exercise over the last few years has been like a chore but this program has been so enjoyable and motivational. I jump out of bed and complete the program before I do anything else, then I'm set for the rest of the day. Thank you Pahla B.

    I am starting round 2 today on 10/1 and it works perfect for a 31-day challenge. So encouraged and am excited to see what moderate and consistency will do in the 2nd month. God bless you!

    Ok so Iโ€™m 52 years old…Iโ€™m in Menopause and I workout everyday 30 to 40 min every day. My weight has always been between 122 and 125. Menopause came and I have been struggling, I put on approx 7 lbs and canโ€™t get it off and I have lost tone. Iโ€™m starting this weightloss challenge today along with low carb eating. Fingers crossed, thank you Paula for this challenge.
