SET UP:
The interval timer is set for 20 seconds; complete pairs of exercises in an inchworm fashion; repeat the circuit twice

R4 done. Somehow I must be twisting my knee as I felt a little bit of pain today. So taking it easy rest of today lol! Am really starting to notice whatโs going on in my body thanks to you Pahla! And am truly learning how to make adjustments!!

R3 for me. Loved the work, but noticed that my heart rate only went up a few bpm from the beginning. Wondering if it means I wasnt' working hard enough. Also wondering if I just answered my own question?

Thanks. I felt a bit under the weather this morning, a headache, bit of a toothache, mild hot and chills (I hope it is not covid). Anyway, this was perfect for me today. I was contemplating skipping, but I really felt like I wanted to move my body so I found this and I actually feel quite improved now!

Weeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllll…… this was an excellent workout. Combine it with the additional balance challenge of not stepping on a kitten and Iโd say Iโm worked for the day๐ I really enjoyed all the plains of motion worked in this gem my dear! Feeling it all over๐๐ผ Happy today๐

hella Pahla, I have done number 6 today and I felt my Abs again. I feel great and grate. Now I will eat some Oats with water. It is good to loose weight… I am looking for tomorrow with the weight Work (sorry about my bad english, I come from france and lives in Germany and I forgot my english)

I just started the 31 day weight loss series and just finished #3. I love it so far because everyday is a surprise and I don't know what to expect. I also love that it is less than 24 minutes and that seems so "easy". Well, it was a lot more challenging than I expected. I also like the fact that the exercises are so different from anything else I have done and I am not new to exercise. I am so looking forward to what Moderate is going to look like by the end of the series. Pahla you are my new wisewoman!
Between work stress and wedding planning, I knew that I had to take care of me. I'm so grateful to have found you. I'm really focusing on time with the Lord, eating well, and exercising. Everything else will get better attention if I am taking care of this body and mind that God gave me to care for. Better health = better service. ๐ Thank you Pahla!

Was having an off day emotionally, but I didnt want to skip exercise since i've been on a steady roll. Glad I didn't ๐ thanks Pahla. Feel a bit better now. And the back of my thighs thank you for yesterday's workout cause boy do they hurt good from the lunges lol.
It's sweaty doing this in the summer. BUt this round 6 of the challenge for me. I so appreciate having this available.
