I took this walk outside today to do my normal route and it was SO refreshing to do it to your encouragement Pahla! I listened to the video throughout the walk, then changed to music once you were done. It made the walk fly by! I then cleaned out the shed! Turned that workout into a 50 minute one ๐
A big thank you Pahla! You really motivated me, today I ran instead of walking for 2.41 km with pace 8'48"

Okay itโs our day 31 today, itโs been tricky as my gym buddy Sam has had a few blips with her heart, having stents put in and a couple of scares which meant a few hospital stays but weโve got to day 31! It might actually be day 51 or longer but this feels like a marathon and the finishing line is today๐ฅณ Thank you Pahla , you donโt know what your workouts and help have really meant to us xxx

This was Great…I could not finish it the first but this time. While working from home…I finished and will be starting again starting at day 30๐
Thanks so much Pahla, I have just finished the 31 days … I am now going to read your guide. Before stumbling into you on You Tube I had spent the last 3 years hopping from one injury to the next and finally quitting personal training because I felt it was personally wearing me out with the net result that I went from an amazingly cut body to adding pounds I really didnโt want. … now it all makes sense re our handling of stress as we all get older. I canโt thank you enough.
Loved your 31 days challenge. Finished the last day workout by ๐ instead of ๐ฃ and truly enjoyed looking forward for the next day. I don't think I have lost any weight but the fact at 69 I could manage it works for me. Once again thank youโค so much.

Loved this challenge on my 2nd time through. Will definitely be going through it again and again. I am needing to put on some weight and my problem is that I get upset with myself when I do! Guess that goes back to the fact that it seems Iโve been watching my weight for so long that Iโm afraid of putting it back on. There I finally said it. Thanks so much Pahla for all your help!!!!

I finished! So proud of everyone. Pahla thank you for all the info daily on weight loss. Without your guidance I donโt think I would have been successful.

Yay! I made it and I have NEVER hung in this long. I am down 6 and 1/4 pounds (at 65 years old even) and feeling marvelous. I'm going to start my second round on 10/1 and hope for as much success this next go around. You are such an awesome coach. I've learned so much. I'll "see" you on Thursday! Ha! Thank you , thank you, thank you!
Thank you so much. I looked forward everyday to what the workout would be. I know this is September and everyone did these in January, but it was still good. I will be doing them again for October along with adding your Stability Ball work outs. I didn't lose any weight, but I figured I wouldn't. Being on a statin makes it really hard to lose weight, but I did firm up and my clothes feel better on me. Thank you again! Anna Williams
Pahla – this is just such a wonderful series and after being totally stalled in weight loss for several years I've managed to lose weight with this. Will def being going back to the start and doing them until I reach my goal. It's been fabulous – just like having a friend with me on the way and to be honest I think that made all the difference. Thanks so much for that 31 day challenge. I thought at first this is going to be easy, but going through them at a moderate pace was certainly a little more challenging and some even tough. but I saw progress and increased strength. Thanks so much. I may do it again or try your sculping challenge.
I am 67 years old. Fortunately, but I'm certain from regular exercise of some sort, power walking, slow running, stretching, cardio, stretch work, balance, I've maintained my weight between 108 and 113 lbs, and 5'4 1/4"- except as a teenager when I sed to come home from school and grab a bag of oreos and potato chips, and never eat less than 1/3 of the bag or stop at the pizza place and walk home with a slice. I never liked candy tho. Anyway, when I brush my teeth or, clean my house or even watch a film, I am constantly exercising my legs and pulling in my core. My stomach, since child birth has never been totally flat, but more flat than flab, and my arms always need more toning- but I will never give up. Exercising with you is fun and productive. I combine it with Roberta's gym and Essentrics and walking my two dogs- but I never missed a day of your 31 day work out. I will peruse your facebook page and t become a Patreon, even if its's giving the minimal amt. each month, because I think it's the right thing to do when someone like you has obviously worked so hard to bring her knowledge and what she believes in to make life easier for us "older folk"- (in my case much older folk!"). – Anyway, I have a facebook page too! (I don't expect you to look at every follower's facebook page…. Your ebullient personality and confidence is refreshing. Thank you. Yay – I finished the 31 days! I'm down about 2.5 lbs. and I'm good with that. I have about 6 lbs. to go and continuing on this journey. Thank you so much for putting this series together, it has been most helpful.
