Month 11 and Day 3 of this journey. Pahla, you have kept me focused through all the ups and downs of this year. I have been consistent in my journalling, and paying attention to the things that are happening in my body. These workouts are an intregal part of it! But not the only part. Thank you!
Started doing your routine 10/29. This is actually 5th day but I will restart from beginning to stay in line with date and day. I will do day 3 twice, today and tomorrow. I had trouble balancing on Day 2 so restarted with Day 3 instead. Will text again tomorrow for accountability. Still good.
Day 3 complete. Had trouble with the bird stand. Still good. Heart beating hard. Will text tomorrow.
Just finished Day 3 and am somewhat sweaty which is okay! Have been doing βotherβ exercise videos / DVDs and literally pour sweat BUT it takes me a couple of days to recover to feel like working out again. Thoroughly appreciated your explanation of how βless is moreβ past a certain age with the estrogen levels dropping. At 65, I am finally trying to take care of me which means my ultimate goal is to lose another 18 pounds and quite a few inches. As of today have lost 7 pounds which does not sound like a lot, but it is a mindset change for me, long overdue. Looking forward to seeing where I am at the end of the 31 days. Thank you for putting this series together!

I find your videos very informative, so thank you for that. I came across your channel a couple of weeks ago, and have done a few of your videos since. I started this series 3 days ago, and I like it so far, but I have to tell you, the cardio seems too low impact for me. My 85% is at 137 bpm so that it counts toward my moderate/vigorous exercise. I am trying to do 150 minutes a week. I started my weight-loss journey in November 2019, and Iβve lost 22lbs already. I want to lose at least another 10. I am not dieting, just eating healthier most of the time, making healthier choices. I do exercise every day, have done so since November, and I do practice yoga every day as well. I am hoping your program will help me lose those last 10lbs, as well as with the body shaping, though I have done that already, as well. It is easier to go straight to a program that already has the dayβs session set up than trying to figure out βwhat am I doing today?β So thank you for that, too. What I have noticed is the constant soreness, and until this video did not realize that it could be hormonal. So, thanks for that, as well! I am over 50, though not that far from it π€ͺ, and post-menopausal. I hope you read this and reply. Would like to get some input. Thanks either way. ππΌ Namaste

Hi P.B.! Good morning! Today is day 3 of your challenge for me. I'm very motivated and while it IS long run day for me, I just did 8 strong miles, I'm going to hit this one with full focus asap. I'm cutting my runs to 2 small runs per week and a medium long run on Saturdays. And focusing all my efforts on YOUR program
Doing this the second time I am really paying attention to moderate and watching my heart rate. The first time I wanted to keep up. Now I know better π
R3, Day 3. Done.
I particularly enjoy this moderate day work out as each exercise is repeated three times. as a rather uncoordinated lady, I need the repetitions. A good way to learn the movements.

Oooo weee, Pahla. How am I not out of breath but sweating like a pig? And those side kicks, middle skips and toy soldiers had my thighs screaming for mercy. Day 3 complete!

I just found your channel 4 days ago and I started your 31 day challenge the next day, even though itβs been a long time since Iβve worked out. Day 3 and this may sound silly, but I already feel a difference in myself, I feel good. I also worked up a sweat today, lol. Iβm definitely going to continue this challenge π
