You’ll likely recognize our list of exercises as being some of your favorite low impact cardio moves, but we’re taking them at a whole ‘nother speed today! Namely, a super SLOW speed that forces us to focus on excellent form and using our muscles.

SET UP:
The interval timer is set for 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest; complete each exercise as slowly as possible for three intervals in a row before moving on

    This may not have been cardio, but my heart rate went higher than my moderate cardio workout. I love these kind of workouts. Thanks Pahla! And I know you say exercise isn't necessary to losing weight, but I always lose a pound by the end of the week when I workout with you!

    You can call the strength version of cheerleader kicks “slo-mo cheerleaders.” I was thinking of a movie when the crowd is going wild because there’s been a break a game and the underdog’s maybe going to win, and the scene slows down and pans into the cheerleaders lol

    I’ve never done a workout like this before. Again very creative and interesting. Could really feel my quads when kicking my leg straight out and holdout there. What a great way to focus on the muscles being used.Funny how moving so slow made the session go fast. Lol💕

    I didn't like this, because I have such poor balance, if I have to stay one position. OTOH, I can feel my different muscles working. Take care.

    Have a question but first thank you so much for the quick fun and effective workouts! I am really enjoying this series.

    Question. You say quite a bit don’t do too much. If I am doing your daily workouts and then go for a 2-3 mile walk later in the day ….is that too much? I am also doing WW which is helping with the eating side but they don’t count calories. Sometimes I’m wondering if I’m working out too much and not getting enough calories to balance things out?

    Loved this workout Pahla 2nd time through for me. Used a chair to hold on to for finisher. Love working on my balance since it needs so much work lol! Thanks again so much for all you do for all of us.

    2nd time through the 31 day challenge! Learning what my limits are and trying to stay positive. This program is the most sensible program I’ve ever experienced! So glad that I finally don’t hate exercise!!! Thanks!

    Great workout and definitely different. I love how you challenge us. Doing these workouts has had a wonderful side effect of helping my sore right biceps and rotator cuff. My shoulder is feeling great and it was really, really bothering me. Yay!

    OooH Pahla that was a good workout !!! For the last week or so, I decided I needed to do my weight loss workouts more and concentrate on the body shaping later. Thanks for all you do Pahla B. Cute seeing both of your cats at the same time !!!

    This is a great stength workout, but sometimes when I'm doing arm circles or slow kicks I feel what seems like my muscles snapping, Am I going to far at that point? I'm not over extending at all, but maybe I just can't go too far.

    So this was funny for me and when we close to the end with those leg extensions I figured out what was going on. I think 10 minutes or so in… I started feeling light headed, a little dizzy. Going back to days of training, remembering that "dizziness" was supposed to mean "toxins leaving the body", so great, I am thinking to myself that I am having a spiritual revelation with Pahla on Youtube. (Who knew that could be a thing?) It was towards the end you said, "Don't hold your breath." I didn't even realize I was doing that! OMG. That's what happened when I SLOWED down and what was even more SUPER awesome about this workout…it can be done with ANY Movement. I am incorporating this into everything now. Teaching moments all over the place this Sunday morning Pahla! Thank you!!!

    This was a good one! Strangely my balance is bad on my dominant side & I can definitely see/feel it getting stronger as I've gone through the month! I can't believe I'm almost to the end😲 My plan is to start this series all over again! You've become a friend I look forward to spending time with every morning! Thanks Pahla! Xx😊
