Let’s get heart healthy with LOW IMPACT CARDIO, Killer Bs! Today’s super fun endurance workout is perfect for weight loss (of course!), cardiovascular function, and simple enjoyment.

With generous intervals and moderate intensity work, we’re boosting our metabolism, burning calories at an elevated rate and releasing feel-good endorphins.

But today’s workout and conversation also goes a little bit deeper than our usual, with some thoughts about ENDURANCE work, and how it’s good for
👉 Improving the function of your heart and lungs
👉 Increasing your capacity to endure life’s difficulties
👉 Navigating your way through your weight loss journey

Because cardio workouts like this are good for your heart, and also good for YOU. (Especially this one, which has no jumping and no transitions to the ground, but does include a warm up and cool down!)

SET UP:
The interval timer is set for 45 seconds; complete each mini-circuit twice; there is NO rest

    Was not feeling like doing a workout today. For inspiration I checked out what day 24 held. All it took was to see you and your energy to get me up and going. Thank you. And as always it was an enjoyable experience.💕

    I really enjoyed the finisher step out side bends. Took yesterday off as recovery, so today felt great! I am finding if I go too many days in a row, I get a burned out sore feeling. Taking a day or two to recover puts me back in the fun of exercising.

    Another great workout Pahla. Had trouble with coordination on some exercises especially the “box step”. For some reason can’t get my feet and arms to work especially when trying to change my leader foot. Oh well that’s okay . Think I notice it now in almost every workout saying to myself as long as I’m moving and doing my best it’s great! No more being down on myself which is something I used to do a lot. Thanks again so much Pahla!! 2nd time through this challenge!

    Still enjoying this one. Wasn't going to post, but guess what? Today was number 266 for me, which means 38 weeks of exercising daily. How 'bout them apples? Thank you so much, P!

    Lovely workout. Must admit I take a day off every so often, but I still consider this challenge a success! This is the only Challenge I have started that I'll actually be able to finish. Thank you 💜

    Only been working out on any kind of regular basis for about 6 months (thanks lockdown!) but my endorphin machine is definitely broken. The only thing I feel at the end is "thank goodness that's finished" & "let's hope I get slimmer or it was just a waste of time"! Will take on board your endurance talk and stick with it xx

    Thanks for a great workout and for your comments about endurance. This really resonated with me as I want to retire but can't afford to yet. I realise I can do this if I keep working out for a strong body and mind. Thanks again Pahla x

    This workout couldn't come on a better day. Day 89 of our Covid-19 lockdown and I've been struggling with depression, disappointment and being discouraged. Thank you Pahla for your talk on endurance and a great workout. I feel good and ready to take on my Day 89. You're the best! p.s. Thank you also for not engaging in the political drama that we are currently experiencing. Not that I'm putting my head in the sand, but this is one place that I can get away from it and I'm really grateful. You have a great day today!

    I cant believe I've exercised 24 days in a row! Dont know if I've lost weight bc I'm anti-scale, but I feel better and it looks like I lost a little.

    This is helping me so much recovering from rib fracture. I am a swimmer so hoping this will allow more endurance as pools open this summer. Can’t say I have much weight loss but not quite mentally there to do what I need to do..thank you for being there.
