    R3D20 done!! Love the stretching which I need to do more of but don’t seem to do unless you incorporate it into the workout!! Oh well I’m enjoying myself and after all that’s the most important thing right!!!! See you tomorrow for Day 21.

    So, this is my second time through and still something stuck with me from today that did not the first go around. It is the fact that if something is not fun we tend to stop doing what we are doing even if it is good for us. That is the secret with following you; I'm having a good time! Thanks so much!     Thanks Pahla for this workout series.Am over50 and l was looking forward for losing weight. Feels great and full of energy at after completing upto day 20. I like your advice although your so talkative and full of energy. I 😍 it. Great going and thanks for always encouraging us. Yes we do what we enjoy and also what's THE RIGHT THING to do, in order to achieve our goals. God bless you and your family and channel. Keep going lady… We need ladies like you to keep us in good shape…

    Great walk! I opened up my back door and sliding door and did loops around the first floor. Did my on min plank too!

    2nd time through I need to stretch like this more . Sometimes I feel like I’m wasting my time stretching but when I actually do it I realize I need to do it way more often. So thanks for this workout today Pahla!!

    This one was the most gentle in quite a while. It felt like a little bit of a break, which I appreciated. My only question is: Do you still play Candy Crush? 😀

    Ah I am back! Had to take a short break as I had to get ready for my son's birthday and then had to clean my house! Paula B you are my guru. Thanks so so much. Day 20 done looking forward to day 21.

    I feel so good with this programm and i try to do it every single day. And if I do not find the time, i miss this time. Today I push some exercices we did in other Days. I love to do exercices with Weights. I do not lose weight but I got Shape and better Bodyfeeling…Thank you so much and see you tomorrow again

    Actually it was my mom's first time doing the challenge – and we enjoyed it. She went off and did her own thing, too. You can at 83ish. Thanks again Pahla for making this year enjoyable!
