    Informative video but just one clarification! Someone who is suffering from PCOS has hormonal imbalance which causes male hormones to be released in the body (referring to your video on PCOS). Will weight training still not cause building of bulky muscle mass in a woman with PCOS? Thank you!

    He's really explaning good. I stopped eating sugar completely from 8th grade just eat negligible amount sometimes. when I realized this I even reduced salt a lot and after that I lost 20kgsπŸ‘. I now train at home and in nature never go to gym but still able to get 17 Percent body fat with muscular body..

    I m new here..and i liked it so much and what you are doing is a really great job..I came here not to make myself physically fit..i wanted to be mentally fit because since some days i m not feeling mentally well but i thought making me physically fit would make me mentally fit as well..So thank you so much..
    And i have a question,that i m a teenager and i m a bit skinny too…would Running make me fit ?

    bro I cut out roti and all sugars from my diet and I'm. trying to get into keto. but its difficult keto is so expensive as meat I expensive.but I am trying.g to ge to keto still and will add weights to my exercise I have 12lb dumbells if that will count
