    Is it ok to consume less than the computed calories, that's already in calorie deficit? Ex. TDEE is 1600 so it's deficit is 1100. But since i'm intermittent fasting, i get full at around 800-900 calories. Is that ok?
    Ps. I'm obese so i have lots of fat to burn.

    Honestly, I never had problems with my weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and still maintain normal weight, but a lot of junk food really affected my health.     this BMR calculator is not correct. For me it works out 1420 calories. That’s how much I eat when I am trying to lose weight normally 1kg per week. If I had less than that it would be very unhealthy
