    what if your an endomorph and you barely eat but when you do its like mostly snacks unhealthy and sometimes healthy
    also very picky with food (dont like meat, seafood, eggs, and the list goes on)

    Thank you for videos… im endomorph-…- for me is this hard… bcu i dont have strong ankle ligaments… and running its for me isnt good.. but thank you… i dont give up :3 <3

    I am 90% sure I'm an endomorph and I am going to have to agree with a big chunk of these.

    I used to intermittent fast and do fasted cardio and I would do cardio for about 60 minutes. On top of my weight training.

    Then I decided to take the advice of others around me who would recommend that you don't need to do more than 20 minutes of cardio and that intermittent fasting is bad. Blah blah blah.

    As a result the weight I gained the during quarantine was at first coming off extremely slowly, if at all, however the moment I started implementing cardio back in and intermittent fasting back in I started to see results actual results.

    I'm still not quite back to doing 5 days of cardio simply because my leg days go pretty heavy and I don't really want to impede on those gains but definitely even just adding back in 3 days of doing 45 to 60 minutes of cardio has made A HUGE difference.

    So, endomorphs are supposed to avoid caffeine, yet we also should drink 3 cups of green tea which contain 12 to 75 mg of caffeine per cup depending on the variety? I'm so confused.

    So if you're an endomorph you are just picking which way to be miserable. You can be miserable because you're fat and ugly and have no energy or you can be miserable because you can never eat anything you enjoy and you have to exercise 7000 hours a week. Coooooooool…….. sigh

    I’m a female endomorph (on husbands YouTube account) I’m doing all this plus some… not seeing any improvements yet 🙁 my weight just won’t come OFF. Ugh going to try to add in weight training as soon as I can buy a dumbbell set

    I have only about 10 pounds to lose but it's hard because I love sugar so much. Anyone feel me on that and I can't run right now cus I injured my foot. But I'm going to try other things and hope they work until I get the strength back to run again.

    I’m an endomorph and it pains me to say that short HIIT workouts + intermittent fasting alone doesn’t work if you’re not burning more than you’re consuming!!! Just because you’re intermittent fasting, doesn’t mean you can eat anything you want 😩😭 I’ve been intermittent fasting for 5+ months and doing 20-30 mins HIIT 6 times a week for 3 months and it’s still not enough for me to lose the fats! We really gotta listen to her and workout LONGER. I’m gonna try to incorporate all of her tips and hopefully shed the fats for good!
