    Thank you for your video post. It has a lot of good content. There are a group of individuals at my company that have formed a weight loss group.     Intermittent fasting 4/20. 1500 calories in an 4 hour window a well balanced meals. I Can lose weight, and have perfect cholesterol, klidney, liver, vitamins levels. 2-3 pounds a week weight loss. I have to take Euthyrox to see benefits. I have Hashimotos. I lost 15 pounds. Im 5-3 150 pounds. Im slightly overweight. I need to weigh around 125 said my doc. I noticed as I weigh less Im losing more weight. I have to throw in 2 cheat days a week now to balance it out. Any insights on why Im losing more as I weigh less and Im eating more?

    Guys. lost lots of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some tips now. Get a popular weight loss secrets called Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I've lost a lot of weight. I should not even be speaking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I'm just in a excellent mood right now and so I'll share the wealth lol.

    I’ve done it for a week, lost 4lbs 😉 love seeing and touching my waist. I feel great! I eat from 12-7pm
    It’s weird but I do feel energy. I drink more water too. The only thing I feel like I did different now is that I don’t eat breakfast, no biggy. Also I appreciate food now and savor it. I’m also getting full faster from my afternoon protein shake. Good luck peeps that want to try it!

    I have been doing this for two weeks and my fbs are down 60mg. My eating is not perfect, but I keep trying to improve. The medicine alone was not helping. Now if I can get motivated to actual start exercising. I'm a work in progress.

    By far the best video on this topic! I've been IF for a week and a half and I'm frustrated with the scale. This video motivated me to healthify my fed times. Hopefully it will work!

    food flavours spike insulin and cause you to get hungry, I wouldn't recommend drinking anything flavoured, especially when trying to lose weight, you're going to want to do a clean fast.

    You know I watched a lot of these videos and I like your video. But nobody really goes into detail about what you eat to break your fast and how long you wait from then to eat your meal. I was told to break my fast with a rice cake then wait 30 minutes to allow my insulin to spike and then have my meal. But I haven’t seen anywhere that verifies if this is true.

    What a great simple and informative video! There’s alot of info out there and you have simplified it so well for beginner fasters 😀 iv never done structured intermittent fasting but on busy days where i have had only one meal, but a high quality highly nutritious meal, i have felt fantastic!! Then the next day i eat 3 meals and feel extremely bloated and have low mood!

    I've done the 16:8 for a month now and haven't lost an ounce. I'm clearly eating the wrong things or too much during the 8 hours. I need to know what to eat. I do eat pretty 'clean' but am not losing anything. Maybe it doesn't work after the age of 60?? I only have about 6 or 7 lbs. to lose.

    Idk if someone already asked this, but could you site the peer-reviewed science behind this? Especially your claims about women and their cycles? My friend is doing this diet and I’m curious to know more. Couldn’t find concrete science that wasn’t debated when I looked so your resources would be helpful!

    What about the fact that they say …. if u don’t eat regular… ur body will hold on to ur fat … cuz it won’t no wn u going to get fed again????

    I've been doing IF for about a year and love(d) it but recently read about how it can be not so good for women as it messes up our hormones – which is something I have been trying to avoid. I feel so confused there is always so much conflicting information around nutrition 🙁
