    I like walking so if im bored I go for a walk and dont eat out of boredom. Also if I exercise while on a dieet it helps me to not eat bad things, because i think to myself i could have not run if i eat this right now. So it motivates me to not eat bad things. Best dieet for me is 1 or 2 big meals during the week(daily ofc) with no snacks or anything and only water and coffee. In the weekends i eat a little more but do more sports and still try to have a negative balance to kcal in vs burned by body.

    If you eat healthy food exercise is actually very beneficial for example jump roping or running burning a few hundred calories, if you eat healthy food that's a lot of food

    No matter how hard you train, if your diet is poor you probably won't make any significant progress. You can't outtrain a bad diet and I can't emphasize this enough. If you struggle to create a good diet plan for yourself, there are many apps/sites that will do the job and are probably a lot cheaper than hiring a personal trainer. Dietarize and trickdiet are my top picks (used them personally), but there are many more 😀

    On the contrary, people living in places like Tanzania don't get enough proteins and other nutritions which helps metabolism and their metabolism rate wud be lower compared to urban lifestyled people
