I LOVE this one Pahla…..but I need to ask a question. Since I'm in 2020 Mini Challenge Week 41, October 5 – 11 of BODY SHAPING, is this good for that? I'm assuming it is since you put it in there but I had noticed it's entitled 'WEIGHT LOSS cardio'

I started work out with you about 3 months ago. My body is toned and I am in a better shape than I was in prior COVID-19 era. Thank you for what you have done for women of certain age๐Ÿ˜

Really great exercises, all doable and enjoyable. I like your never ending chatter too; you are exercising your brain as well. Keep up the good work. Thank you

I really liked this workout! I've also been doing your 31 day weight loss workouts over 50( turned 54 in May) and completed those 3 times. Honestly I don't own a scale but feel these workouts are great for my mental health and giving me more energy for the rest of my day. Probably need to lose 15-20 pounds as that's the amount I've needed to lose for many years but I'm hoping to tone some areas of my body. I was also one of those people who discovered you when I was on furlough early April. That is great for the very long Winters here in the Upper Peninsula in Michigan. What I love also is your positive words. Whether or not someone needs to lose weight what you say about loving our bodies/our self is great for everyone ! Thank you!

This is one of my favourite ones. I find it easy to make it moderate for me and feel sweaty but energised by the end :). Thanks!!

the first 2 step stools with weights and the last step stool without…means moderation for me. Feeling good and strong. Thank you Pahla.

Thank you, Pahla, for another great workout. Here you are talking about moderation and here I am during the 20-second breaks, continuing to work out through most of them, thinking โ€œwhy do I need a break, I just got started?โ€ ๐Ÿ™„ Until the last 8 minutes or so, then I was appreciative of the 20 seconds rest ๐Ÿ˜†

Love your workouts so much – and combining them with reducing my level of quarantine cake-eating has meant that I actually look and feel much more toned and healthy. Thank you!

Hi, Pahla. I was in a "moderate" kinda mood tonight, and this was just perfect. I'm going to hop over to the 5-minute cool-down link you provided.

Absolutely fabulous workout. I haven't exercised for over 10 years. This had me dripping sweat. I really loved it. I am adding this to my Perfect Pahla workout playlist! The cool down you suggested at the end really helped me too. Now it's time for me to scrub the tub then clean the bathroom while I wait for a warm relaxing bath. What a great way to start the day! Thank you.

Love the message: exercise to "take care of yourself"! YES! I think many people approach exercise as punishment cuz they're doing punishing workouts. But exercise can and should be an act of self-care. Thank-you!

Hi Pahla I am based in the UK and am so impressed with your service online. I am 60 and still teaching like yourself. I would be so grateful for some mentoring in terms of building a professional presence. Do you have a group where you help other instructors like me. A step by step course? My initial question, how did you set the timer in your video. Thank you so much for your advice. Stay safe and well everyone in this challenging time! โค๏ธ

Hi! I'm new to your workouts, (only) 44 with lifelong weight issues and hatred of exercise so I'm coming at this from the "building up to moderate" angle and really interested to hear about not over-doing things. The oestrogen explanation was fascinating, especially as I've experienced hormone imbalance during the last 18 months. I'm encouraged to know I don't have to do a 1 hr intense 500-calorie-burn workout every day in order to lose weight … Was never gonna happen anyway ๐Ÿ˜œ

Ok, Pahla – I am going moderate, starting today and for the month of July! It's not going to be easy for me because I like to workout hard but I've gained some weight and I have not been able to lose it with my usual routine. I am trusting what you say about moderate workouts for women over 50. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for the inspiration!!

I love this format and hope you do more. My ultimate favorite is the no repeat short interval, because it feels so fun and reminds me of playing a silly childhood game which doesnโ€™t feel like work at all! Youโ€™re the best! Thanks for all you do!

Hello hello!! Just finish this workout and I love it!! Thank you very very much!! My only question is if I try to do your 35 or 40 minutes workout will it stresses my body? I finish the 31 days challenge and I haven't stop working out with you since then. What do you recommend me?

Can I wear a waist trainer while I am exercising to help hold in my abs?. I have trouble remembering to hold in my abs while exercising.

LOVED this workout, currently doing your halfway weekly mini workout. I am trying to embrace the MODERATE day and it is tough, but I am starting to relize at 51 maybe I don't have to beat my body up everyday to be effective. Thanks Pahla and keep em comin…

Ive learned so much from you about exercising over 50. Im actually 49 but I thought that what you were describing as being exhausted after routines I used to be able to do – swelling, pain in joints was just being out of shape. I was looking at going to doctor to figure out the swelling after exercise. After changing my routine to working out with you online daily – adding a gentle yoga routine 3x a week and eating less (I eat well but had been eating too much!) using the information in your weight loss booklet I downloaded -Ive lost some weight in the time Ive been doing this and feel energized (sometimes a little sore but muscle sore not joint pain swelling and aches). Im so thankful I found you and that you do this. Ive forwarded this on to a number of my friends. Love your videos and your information!!! – Shelley

Thank you for the talk on moderation. I feel able to do so much more since my knee replacement surgery. I found recently I had way overdone it. My other knee hated me and I was so wiped out, I felt I could do nothing. I knew what I had done wrong, but your talk really helped me to refocus and try again…with moderation!

Good Morning Pahla. I worked out with you for the first time today. Fantastic!!! Iโ€™m still sweating ๐Ÿ˜… Thank you so much. I feel really good. Iโ€™m 55 and have tried beginner workouts by trainers 30 years younger than me. I completed them but couldnโ€™t get out of bed the next day. Your workout is perfect for me.

just found your workouts. I have always loved the kettle bell workouts and went hard at it. I had a hysterectomy and that really did a number on my body. Moderate workouts I think will be The answer to getting me. Back to feeling better and healthier.
