    Is it all okay to wait in the fridge for one week after cooking? Eggs,meat? I am afraid of these dishes go bad.

    I have already implemented this , Yamzoko Weebly (sⓔarch Gⓞ ⓞgle to get it) for a number of weeks by now and also the final results are remarkable. They offer me lots of energy and also suppress my urge for food, but I do NOT crash whenever they wear off which I enjoy, and they don`t cause me to feel jittery. I have not changed everything else I am doing and have lost 7 pounds.

    I have allergies on many foods and It is hard for me to find a diet that doesn't include particular foods. Then my friend sent me link to the website called Agoge Diet where I can get personalized meal plan only with food I select. My fitness journey has just started, what about you?

    PEOPLE, THE POINT IS TO LOSE FAT AND GET MUSCLES. You need diet plan and training plan for that! I visited website called *Agoge Diet*, they provided me with personalized diet plan and training plan. The results are amazing!!!

    It would have been much better if I found this particular , Yamzoko Weebly (sⓔarch Gⓞ ⓞgle to get it) a couple of years back. I reduced 12 pounds in three weeks up to now. Needless to say I exercise several times weekly, and also eat good food. It showed amazing results for me. Certainly, this plan is strongly recommended and I do hope this would give good results to you too because it did to me.

    My question to you if meat /fish generally should be eaten in 3 to 4 days after being cooked. And if they are prepped for 7 days in advanced is there such an issue of the contents spoiling?

    If you want to lose weight, just do the same thing I did. Visit website called AgogeDiet and they will provide you with complete diet meal plan for 30 days, training plan and fitness tips. I lost 20kg!!!

    There is absolutely no way I will eat food that is almost a week old. I don't mind taking an extra 10 mins. per meal to prep but I want my food fresh. Ayurvedic practitioners will say that the food loses it's prana or lifeforce when not freshly prepared. Even when I make hummus, I never keep it for more than three days. Uh-uh, not for me.
