    Hi mam, I am New subscriber, I am 28 years old, I am having 2 kids, after delivery increase in my Belli fat and butt , Tie fat, and no health issues , I am take limited food also, and daily 10 to 15 min daily exercise , but no use… How I can reduce fat… Please suggest me ..

    Thanks for your video. I started my weight loss journey from 10th march 2020 and included diet (especially sandwich and fat cutter drinks), tips given by you which helped to not only lose weight but also stay motivated. I was 73 kg at that time. Now I am 66kg. So lost 7kgs. What I like the most about your videos are they are really helpful for staying motivated. Diets and exercises we can find anywhere on YouTube, google etc but your tips really helped me to stay motivated. Thank you so much. After 3 months since a week I was again eating unhealthy things and sugary things. But today I watched this video and again I am motivated and from tomorrow continue my diet and exercise again. Thanks
