    Guys. lost tons of fat doesn't need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some tips now. Get a popular lose weight secrets called Custokebon Secrets (do a google search). Thanks to it I've lost tons of fat. I should not even be talking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever.     So when you're in menopause, your estrogen levels have decreased dramatically. So the body says hey, if we gain weight than the fat cells will produce estrogen and will get some of that estrogen back. That's my understanding of it. And even though I'm not a doctor, I can tell you that when you get into menopause thewillpower you had to stay in the gym and eat right just sort of fades. It's really interesting. You Can still lose weight but boy do you really really have to engage in a ton of willpower, more so than in your 20s for sure.

    Hello, I have an IUD (Kyleena) in my uterus, and I have had it in for 3 years. It has been so so so difficult for me to lose weight (I walk every day) and I wonder if it has anything to do with my Kyleena? Also, I no longer have a period because of my IUD. Is this bad for my hormone levels? Can you please talk to the ladies who take birth control, and can you highlight which IUDs are actually better for us?

    I am a 33 years old female with an endomorph body type. I weight 89 kgs and my height is 150 cm. I have 2 kids and during my first pregnancy even though i didnt gain any extra weigh but i got hypothyroidism witch stuck with me untill now.. in my second pregnancy i gained lots of extra weight especially during breastfeeding..i have a very slow metabolism and i started a law carb high fat diet with lots and lots of vegetables and greens.. it has been 2 weeks since i started but i still cant see any results showing.. knowing that i do strength training plus zumba workouts 5 times a week!! I have a probleme where i suddenly crave sweets and when i get weak and eat i start crying like i committed a crime.. is it normal not to show any results yet or is there something wrong with my diet.. a little help plz!!

    So weird, it actually resembles my stopweek. Yes, I'm on BC pills. During the stopweek I get so damn tired and I get this huge nonstop headache. And this wasn't always like this, this only started like last year or so. However, what doesn't fit with estrogen dominance is the fact that I lose weight during that week, quite a lot actually. Oh, and the periods have become weird and unpredictable as in how it goes. I did mention this to my doctor, but no response🙄 I haven't been able to make sense out of it, but maybe you have an idea?
