1:10 This was great, I have been researching "food diet for diabetes" for a while now, and I think this has helped.
Have you heard people talk about – Deyophia Vanackenzie Remedy – ?

Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my co-worker got great results with it.

When metformin says take with food. Take it with food! My mom has taken metformin for years and years. 2 years ago, she took metformin on a emtpy stomach. It caused lactate acidosis. It almost killed her. It shut her organs down and she was in a coma for 2 weeks. metformin is safe as long as u take it with food. My mom still takes it to this day. Only she makes sure to eat it with food now. Metformin is great, works well. Its a great drug. Just take as directed.

And pre diabetes, if you are at risk of getting diabetes you should consult your doctor about taking it, e.g overweight/obese these who I ended up taking it

Just started metformin with the pill form of birth control today, about 4-5 hours ago and had the RUNS. I’m 18 and I’ve only ever had 3 periods in my entire life because of PCOS, I don’t necessarily want periods but for now it’s okay I’ll probably ask about an IUD later.

I’ve been on metformin for a few years now ( maybe 8) , the side affects will go away once your body is use to everything. I actually had stopped taking the meds and now that I started them back I’m not experiencing any symptoms at all , I thought I would since I hadn’t taken them for over a year (due to pregnancy/ breastfeeding).

I was diagnosed with PCOS 2 weeks ago and I’ve been taking metformin and birth control since. And I have so many side effects. The biggest one is my appetite and cravings. Also a lot of foods make me nauseous. I had the runs the first week. But my biggest problem is I’m having such a hard time peeing. I spoke to my doctor and she said it’s normal and to just drink lots of water and I normally do. Usually I only drink water. I’m scared of getting a UTI. If this has happened to anyone or if y’all have any tips please let me know.

Wow! Right out the gate I’ve noticed some weight loss in my face and I’ve had the same change in appetite! Especially with sweets! I was ADDICTED but I don’t really crave them at all anymore. This is after one week of metformin.

3rd day on metformin and everything I eat tasted absolutely disgusting apart from cereal. Prior to me taking it I was on the keto diet and didn't even crave carbs until I took metformin. I am hoping it gets better.

I’m taking metformin for PCOS as well (Day 3). So far all I have are slight stomach cramps with minimal food aversions. Will metformin help clear acne for high testosterone or has anyone had their acne clear up from it? TIA

metformin absolutely blasted 100lbs of my weight and i didn't get any side effects as far as I could tell. the doctor that finally diagnosed and treated me changed my life. still overweight, but that medication made such a massive difference.

i had never felt full before I was on metformin. I was seriously hungry and thinking about food all the time. it was bonkers how much it changed my body!

I had fried fish with a side of mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese which I could barely finish( I know carb-a-Holic) but I got so sick after eating it I couldn’t even look at food and had the really loose stools.

Hey how is the medication working for you now? My doctor recommended it for me I have PCOS and I’m pre-diabetic and I haven’t had my period in a year. I’ve seen how they’re going to recall the medication because supposedly it causes cancer. And now I’m scared to take it

PCOS is a disorder, not a disease. Also, Metformin does not take away PCOS. It helps with maintaining our weight, which is difficult when you have PCOS. Weight gain increases our risk for pre-diabetes/Diabetes, which is something Metformin also helps control, WITH a healthy diet and exercise.
